(Nasdaq: CODX), a molecular diagnostics company with a unique, patented platform for the development of molecular diagnostic tests, in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules of 3,448,278 shares of common stock for a purchase price of $1.45 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $5.0 million.
