Wynee “(“Wyn”) Ngo is an Associate at Carmel, Milazzo & Feil, LLP and a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. Prior to joining the firm, Wyn was an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the General Litigation Division of the New York City Law Department. During her time at the Law Department, she defended the City, its agencies and employees in federal and state court civil rights and other litigation including actions challenging New York City programs and policies. In her capacity as Assistant Corporation Counsel, she represented the City in over a hundred cases in all aspects of litigation. In 2022, Wyn was the recipient of the Division Chief Award for exceptional performance.
Wyn received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in May of 2019, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science from Stony Brook University in May of 2016. Wyn is fluent in English, Chinese, Cantonese, and Mandarin dialects. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York.
