Seth Bursky

Seth Bursky is an associate in the firm’s Securities and Commercial Litigation Departments. In his securities practice, Seth represents stock-brokerage firms as well as individual brokers in FINRA arbitrations, including expungement proceedings and disciplinary proceedings. He participates in arbitration hearings and trials as initiated by the SEC, FINRA, and other State Securities Departments. Additionally, Seth represents Investment Advisors in transactional matters. 

Seth practices commercial litigation in both Federal and State working on pleadings, motions, and discovery issues as well as depositions.

Seth was admitted to the New York Bar in 2021 having received his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2020, where he was a member of the Dispute Resolution Society. He received his B.A. from Michigan State University in 2015.
