Ryan Krumholz

Ryan is an associate in the firm’s commercial litigation and securities arbitration departments. He is involved in all aspects of the litigation and arbitration process, including drafting of pleadings, discovery, legal analysis, strategizing and participating in arbitration hearings and litigation trials.

Prior to joining Carmel, Milazzo & Feil, Ryan was an Assistant District Attorney with Suffolk County, NY. While there, he successfully tried several cases in front of judges and juries and negotiated optimal dispositions in hundreds of cases. He was appointed by the District Attorney to handle the investigation and prosecution of hate crimes for the East End Bureau. In 2021, he was awarded and named an Outstanding Prosecutor by the East End Bureau.

Ryan received his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in June 2019, where he was a St. Thomas Moore Scholar, the Executive Director of the Moot Court Honor Society, and a Staff Member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The Pennsylvania State University in May 2015.

Ryan currently lives with his wife, two children, and two rescue dogs in Long Island City.
