Mohit Agrawal is an Associate at Carmel, Milazzo & Feil, LLP (CMF) and a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Groups. He specializes in corporate and securities law for upcoming and listed entities and advises on venture financings, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions.
His practice focuses on M&A transactions, private equity investments, capital markets and special situations strategies, with a particular focus on the technology, pharmaceuticals and emerging companies sectors. His experience spanning seven years in multiple jurisdictions, he makes himself critical on a broad range of corporate law matters, including domestic and cross border M&A and corporate advisory work.
He has advised entrepreneurs, start-ups and venture funds on a broad range of complex investment transactions and prior to joining CMF in New York, worked in a top tier Indian law firm. He frequently travels to India on business-related matters and has excellent contacts in the Indian business and legal community.
Mohit holds an Indian law degree and an LL.M. from Georgetown University in 2018 and has been involved in a number of India related transactions. In addition to English, Mohit is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, and is conversational in Spanish.
