Krisly Zamor

Krisly Zamor is an Associate at Carmel, Milazzo & Feil, LLP (“CMF”) and a member of the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Groups. 

Prior to joining CMF, Ms. Zamor was an Associate at a boutique law firm where she engaged in a myriad of transactional projects, including but not limited to, navigating clients through the sale of membership interests as well as entity formation, growth and exit strategies.

At CMF, she services corporate clients on a variety of securities and transactional issues, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing transactions, registered direct transactions, public offerings, and other securities offerings. 

Ms. Zamor earned her Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law in 2020 where she participated as a member of the Dispute Resolution Society’s Negotiation Competition Team. She also externed for the Honorable Judge Thompson at the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and assisted in preparing the annual Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts treatise on Westlaw.

Ms. Zamor commands bilingual fluency in English and French and is based out of CMF’s Manhattan location. She has been admitted to the New York State Bar since 2021 and brings a wealth of knowledge and grit to the practice.
