Anna Chaykina is an Associate at Carmel, Milazzo & Feil, LLP (“CMF”) and a member of the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Groups. Anna advises clients on general corporate and transactional matters, SEC/34 Act filings, mergers and acquisitions, limited and general partnerships, IPO’s and other securities offerings.
Prior to joining CMF and moving to the U.S., Anna worked for domestic and international law firms in Russia advising clients on various corporate, commercial, and employment law matters, as well as on international M&A transactions.
Anna earned her LL.M. degree from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Law. She also received a Bachelor of Law and B.A. in Translation degrees from St. Petersburg State University (Russia). In addition, Anna earned an M.B.A. degree in Marketing Management from St. John’s University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
Anna is fluent in Russian. Anna is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She is also licensed as a Foreign Legal Consultant from Russia in the State of New York.
