Andrew B. Zinman

Andrew Zinman is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department.  Mr. Zinman has substantial experience advising clients across a broad range of industries in connection with an array of commercial and complex business disputes, including:  securities fraud, business torts, breach of contract, bankruptcy litigation, corporate governance and derivative suits, SEC and other regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, internal investigations, FINRA arbitrations, and commercial real estate disputes.  He has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Zinman also has substantial experience providing legal and strategic advice to clients regarding all aspects of eDiscovery, including developing, implementing and executing discovery strategies in complex domestic and international litigation matters.

Mr. Zinman earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law, and his bachelor of arts degree from Williams College.

Mr. Zinman is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and before U.S. Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court Southern District of New York, and U.S. District Court Eastern District of New York.
